Location: the hotel was next to Hyde park and the tube, restaurants and centre. When it was hot outside we decided to visit The Swan, nice place to chill. Thanks to the amicable and caring staff everything was perfect.

The room was good-sized and nicely furnished with central heating and multi-channel television.
Satisfactory breakfast even for Gluten Free with very attentive and attentive staff. The most important - magnificent and incredible location close to multiple tube stations. Just off which is nice and Kensington Gardens and underground.

Clean, excellent location (next to a park, subway, buses, grocery store large in 10 minutes walk).
In the wind, front doors slam and noise from the roof (lived on the 6th floor).

Excellent location and very good breakfast; very good value for money especially for the business-friendly package which included breakfast and WiFi connection.
The bathroom was smaller than I expected (I had better impression in a previous stay at this hotel).

The location of the hotel is perfect. If you want to jog in the morning Hyde park is within a short distance. Bus stop is almost at the end of the street so you can reach the city central within 5 minutes. Above all things it is in a quiet part of the city.
The size of the room is considerably spare. You have the feeling if were in a bird cage. The window can can not be opened and closed. There was a two finger size gap between the window and window-frame. The water tap need considerable power to be opened and closed and water flows meager from the tap because it is scaled.

I liked its situation, close to attractions and the tube station, and the colourful decor which was bright and fresh.
The bathroom was not brilliant; the bath was cracked, the tiles were a bit grotty, and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided.

good position to access different tube lines in about half a mile. Non fussy staff who responded immediately to room service and an air conditioning problem. Room size fair but comfortable and well equiped. like all these hotels in London it depends what you had to pay per night as to whether they are good value or not. Price for each hotel varies enormously.
slightly tired room eg cracked wash basin....but still clean

The location was superb. The hotel was good value for money and upkeep of the room was excellent.
The staff could be more accommodating and the outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint.
